Cascading Failure Update 6

In this update we have made LMG's available for players and not just your infantry. LMG weapons, while equipped as your current weapon will reduce your movement speed, so picking a good scenario to use them in is important. Along with the ability to now equip them we have add the new Pulse LMG which can be used by you and your heavy infantry.

With this update also comes squad communication, well their voices. Infantry have always communicated with each other silently when relaying information such targets spotted, or incoming grenades as well as other various items. Squads will now voice most of their actions which should help the player figure out what his units require as well as hints around enemy actions.

We have enjoyed playing some gruelling matches with you guys in the discord this week, which has led to some great Coop matches with the new Strike Drones. It has been really fun and interesting seeing how the battlefield has changed since the introduction of these units.

New:

  • LMG's can now be equipped. No requirements for Faction LMG's

  • New Weapon: Pulse LMG.

  • Infantry will now voice their communications between each other.

  • Both factions have their own voices for their infantry.



Fixed:

  • Fixed an issue with Strike Drones where they would take ages to path over long distances.

  • ADS / Crouch speed bug fixed.

  • Made the company weapon unlocks correctly sort by Tier Required.

  • Strike drones now get camo correctly.

  • Bug when selecting maps between Solo and Multiplayer fixed.



Adjustments:

  • Reduced screen-shake of weapons, global change.

  • Adjusted recoil amounts across all weapons.
